This role is in support of Cencoras third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.
The CGT Solution Delivery Manager will be supporting the design development and operational delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) solutions for pan-European clients across 3PL business. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders this role serves as a critical resource in coordinating CGT-related activities across in-country teams external partners and other Cencora business units supporting both the development phase and ongoing operational delivery of CGT services.
Responsibilities:
Support the design and development of CGT ( Cell & Gene Therapy) service propositions for pan-European clients ensuring alignment with Cencoras strategic objectives in advanced therapies
Assist in the creation of solution blueprints service descriptions and operational models specific to CGT logistics and distribution requirements
Coordinate with in-country teams to assess local readiness regulatory requirements and operational feasibility for CGT solution delivery
Support the pricing for solutions offered to CGT clients
Act as a coordination point between in-country operations teams quality and compliance functions and external partners to support CGT solution delivery across European markets
Support the identification and management of third-party partnerships across geographies where Cencora does not have direct CGT operational capabilities ensuring service quality and contractual alignment
Collaborate with adjacent Cencora business units to leverage existing infrastructure and expertise in CGT solution design
Assist in negotiating partnership terms and service-level agreements with external CGT service providers in conjunction with commercial and legal teams
Work with implementation managers to support the onboarding of new CGT clients
Assist in the development and maintenance of CGT-specific implementation playbooks standard operating procedures and quality documentation
Support the Business Development team in client-facing meetings presentations and workshops to articulate Cencoras CGT capabilities and solution offerings
Prepare materials for governance meetings steering committees and internal reviews related to CGT programme delivery
Contribute to market intelligence efforts by monitoring trends regulatory developments and competitive dynamics in the European CGT landscape
Requirements:
Essential
5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution healthcare logistics supply chain or a related field with exposure to advanced therapies clinical trials or specialty pharma
Bachelors degree in business administration sales marketing communications or a related field or equivalent experience required
4 years of experience in sales account management business development or a related field required
Understanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics including cold chain cryogenic handling and time-critical distribution requirements
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different countries and stakeholders
Solid analytical skills with experience supporting business cases financial models or solution development processes
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Desirable
Direct experience working with Cell & Gene Therapy products ATMPs or clinical trial logistics
Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and ATMP-specific regulatory requirements across European jurisdictions
Certifications in sales or account management CRM platform such as Salesforce HubSpot or equivalent preferred
Experience with third-party partnership management or outsourced service coordination in a pharmaceutical context
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
Experience working within a matrix organisation collaborating across country and functional lines without direct authority
Dutch language - nice to have
