Are you an experienced Car Mechanic or Automotive Technician looking for a new job in Amsterdam Do you have professional experience working on cars but dont speak Dutch No problem. For this position technical experience and English communication skills are more important than speaking Dutch.

For a professional automotive company in the Amsterdam region we are looking for an experienced mechanic who can independently carry out maintenance repairs and technical diagnostics on passenger cars.

You will work in a modern workshop with professional tools and diagnostic equipment. From routine maintenance and brake repairs to diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and carrying out vehicle inspections you can expect varied and technically challenging work every day.

Whether you currently work as a Car Mechanic Automotive Technician Auto Mechanic Vehicle Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician we would be happy to discuss your opportunities in the Netherlands.

• Carry out maintenance and repairs on passenger cars;
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults;
  
• Use professional diagnostic equipment to identify technical problems;
  
• Perform brake suspension engine and drivetrain repairs;
  
• Carry out technical vehicle inspections and safety checks;
  
• Perform APK inspections (Dutch periodic vehicle inspection / MOT) if you already have a valid Dutch APK certification;
  
• Work on petrol diesel hybrid and depending on your experience electric vehicles;
  
• Prepare vehicles for safe and reliable use;
  
• Check your own work and ensure a high-quality finish;
  
• Work together with other mechanics technicians and workshop colleagues;
  
• Keep your workplace clean organised and safe.
  

You will join a professional automotive company in the Amsterdam region with a modern workshop up-to-date diagnostic equipment and quality tools.

The workshop services and repairs a wide range of passenger cars. This means you will work on different makes models and technologies and have plenty of opportunities to use and further develop your technical skills.

You will be part of an experienced workshop team where people work together in a practical and professional way. Technical knowledge quality workmanship and reliability are highly valued.

Speaking Dutch is not required for this position. If you have professional automotive experience and can communicate with your colleagues in English we would like to hear from you.

The workplace is accessible from Amsterdam Amstelveen Zaandam Haarlem Hoofddorp Purmerend and surrounding areas.

• A gross salary between 3.500 and 4.250 per month depending on your experience;

• You have professional experience as a Car Mechanic Automotive Technician Auto Mechanic or Vehicle Technician;
  
• You can independently perform vehicle maintenance and repairs;
  
• You have good mechanical knowledge and practical automotive skills;
  
• Experience with diagnostics and electrical faults is an advantage;
  
• Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles is a plus;
  
• A valid Dutch APK certification (APK-keurmeester) is an advantage but not required;
  
• You can communicate in English;
  
• Speaking Dutch is not required;
  
• You have a valid driving licence (category B or equivalent).
