1. Site Coordination (core) Act as the on-site single point of contact for packing machines and sorters liaising with warehouse operations China HQ engineering and equipment vendors. Installation and commissioning are handled by the vendor; this role supports on-site coordination during go-live acceptance walkthroughs and issue follow-up. Manage vendor after-sales: fault reporting remote-support coordination on-site repair scheduling and SLA tracking to closure.

2. First-line Issue Handling Perform daily checks cleaning parameter resets and rapid handling of common issues (jams e-stops) to restore the line. Serve as the single intake point for equipment issues reported by floor operators; resolve simple issues directly and for complex faults carry out repairs hands-on under the vendors remote guidance (part replacement wiring adjustment reset) through to recovery. Day-to-day Management (light) Track spare-parts inventory & maintenance logs record fault-rate/uptime data provide peak-season standby; follow operating & safety procedures and support CE / Dutch Arbo compliance.
