Business Analyst Resilience Defense and National Security

You will execute client assignments at the intersection of resilience defense and national security. You will work together with multidisciplinary Deloitte teams on practical solutions that contribute to a safer and more resilient Netherlands.

Your work may include:

• Executing projects in the field of resilience crisis management business continuity and security transformation in collaboration with your project team members and clients;
• Performing analyses and visualising outcomes;
• Advising clients within the Defense and National Security sector on strategic preparation and response;
• Designing operating models governance structures scenarios exercises and roadmaps for implementation;
• Collaborating with other Deloitte teams on the development of innovative solutions and new propositions including through the use of tooling;

Learning on the job deepening your knowledge and skills participating in training courses and obtaining certificates.

Qualifications :

Furthermore as a Business Analyst Resilience: Defense and National Security   you effectively communicate complex ideas and analyses    you want to discover and learn new things every day

• A client-oriented attitude and from experience or education relevant experience within defense public sector national security resilience security or a related field.
• Up to 1 years of relevant work or internship experience preferably within consultancy on the themes of defense national security security or resilience;
• A clear interest in the theme of resilience and the defense and national security agenda in the Netherlands and Europe;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch at native level (and preferably English) both orally and in writing;
• Experience and affinity with (Gen)AI tooling;
• A reputation for being socially skilled proactive and team-oriented. You work in a structured way and are a real problem addition you have the ability to act with integrity discretion and professional judgment;
• A completed Masters degree in social sciences communication sciences international relations security studies public administration security and risk management computer science or another relevant field;
• The Dutch nationality due to screening and security clearance requirements of our clients.
