We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in airline crew operations manpower planning and business rule definition. The ideal candidate understands endtoend crew lifecycle processes can translate operational rules into structured requirements and collaborates effectively across multivendor delivery environments.
- Lead requirement elicitation across crew operations planning and dayofops domains.
- Define and document business rules process flows epics and user stories.
- Analyse crewrelated operational scenarios including pairing rostering fatigue compliance legality reserve strategies qualification/recency leave/training impacts and disruption management.
- Work closely with product owners architects and delivery teams to refine backlog items and support sprint ceremonies.
- Provide clear communication structured documentation and stakeholder alignment across onsite/offshore teams.
- Support KPI modelling benefits tracking and AB pilot assessments.
- Contribute to security/privacy considerations for crew data and support ISR content from a business control perspective.
- Strong understanding of Manpower Planning Pairing Rostering DayofOps Tracking Fatigue Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with crew rules CLAs legality reserve strategies qualification/recency leave/training impacts disruption use cases.
- Working knowledge of:
- JMP (manpower models scenarios)
- JCT (assignment states recovery flows)
- Crew Planner (request types crew-facing journeys)
- Ability to interpret how business rules surface in RAVE config (no coding required).
- Requirement elicitation BPMN modelling epics/user story creation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jeppesen transformations (iCrew NetLine satellite tools JCT/CP/JMP).
- Familiarity with integration patterns: Process APIs Events MFT and their impact on data freshness.
- Exposure to fatigue risk management predictive planning and AIassisted planning.
- Knowledge of AFKL-style data platforms (ODS lakehouse) and downstream analytics/reporting.
- Agile product experience: backlog governance refinement sprint ceremonies.
- Experience in multivendor delivery environments and contract/value tracking.
- Strong communication and structured documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.
- Proactive risk identification and clear escalation.
- Analytical mindset with strong business process understanding.
