About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical this role you will gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications support the delivery of AI-driven solutions and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external technology partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background in data or machine learning who enjoys working at the intersection of business technology and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Data & AI initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Validate and test new platform features before release to ensure quality and usability.
• Support end users by ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help drive continuous optimization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Work cross-functionally in a dynamic agile environment while taking ownership of deliverables.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of AI and data-driven products and platforms.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Information Technology Business Analytics or a related field.
• 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical data or AI-focused environment.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Strong understanding of data workflows analytics and machine learning concepts.
• Experience gathering requirements supporting solution delivery and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience within a consulting environment.
• Exposure to start-up or rapidly changing business environments.
• Experience working with AI platforms analytics solutions or data-driven products.
• PhD in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
