Job Summary

The Europe Benefits Manager is a critical member of the Total Rewards team responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of Workivas benefit programs across our European entities. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Benefits you will ensure our programs are competitive compliant and clearly understood by our employees. This role is perfect for a subject matter expert who loves the complexity of European benefits and thrives on operational excellence.

What Youll Do:

  • Program Management: Act as the primary lead for Europe benefit plan administration including health life and pension schemes across multiple countries.

  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with regional brokers and providers to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve escalated claims or data issues.

  • Compliance Support: Maintain a calendar of statutory filings and regulatory changes (e.g. UK Pension Auto-enrolment German social security) to ensure Workiva remains fully compliant.

  • Cycle Execution: Coordinate annual renewals and open enrollment windows within the region ensuring all systems (Workday) and communications are updated accurately.

  • Data & Benchmarking: Provide data-driven insights on local market trends to support the Global Benefits lead in design decisions.

  • Employee Advocacy: Provide expert guidance to local People Business Partners and employees on benefit plan features and eligibility.

  • Leave of Absence Management: Oversee the administration and compliance of all European leave programs including parental sick and long-term absence ensuring proper documentation and coordination with internal and external partners.

What Youll Need:

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 4 years and a Masters degree

  • Experience of working in global benefits with a strong focus on several key European markets (e.g. UK Germany Netherlands Spain and France). APAC experience is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

  • Solid understanding of European statutory vs. supplemental benefit structures.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple renewal timelines simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

  • Proficient at developing relationships with employees and all levels of management; demonstrated ability to be a trusted resource to all

  • The ability to work successfully in a rapidly changing environment is necessary; must be able to multitask and manage multiple processes programs and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates; capable of effective planning and priority setting

  • Possess the technical skills and knowledge required to perform essential tasks in an efficient and effective manner

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely not in a Workiva office
