Job Summary
The Headhunter Group is looking for an Associate Portfolio Management professional to join Frasers Property Industrial a leading REIT focused on logistics industrial and business park assets across Europe and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international platform and contribute to the strategic management and performance optimization of a high-quality real estate portfolio.
The Associate Portfolio Management professional will support the Head of Portfolio Management in driving portfolio strategy and maximizing asset performance across Europe and the UK. The role offers broad exposure to portfolio management reporting leasing strategy valuations acquisitions and sustainability initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Asan Associate Portfolio Management professional you willbe responsible forthe following:
- Supporting portfolio reporting forecasts valuations and investor materials.
- Assisting with portfolio strategy leasing analysis and asset performance initiatives.
- Working closely with Asset Managers and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support acquisitions and disposals.
- Overseeing budgeting forecasting valuations and sustainability initiatives to enhance portfolio performance.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A degree in Real Estate Finance Investment or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience within property investment portfolio management real estate finance or the REIT sector.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and ideally Argus.
- Experience within commercial logistics or industrial real estate across Europe and/or the UK.
