As an Associate in our Legal Transformation Consulting practiceyoullwork directly with legal teams to help them achieve their goals in more strategic tech-enabled ways.Youllwork on challenging variedprojectsalongside talented colleagues in a team that gives you room to grow and play apartin shaping where the profession is heading.

What will you be doing
The Legal Transformation Consulting team workswithlegalfunctionswithin large (international) companies and the public sector as well as legal service providers. Our supportcoversthe full journey from reworking operating models tooptimizingprocesses and helping embed lasting change. We also partner with PwCs own legal teams to deliver tech-enabled managed legal services contractportfolioremediationsand internal legal transformation projects.

As an Associate in our practiceyoullhelp clients redesign their strategy and act as the bridge between technology andlegalprojects that are reshaping legal work. More specifically you will:

• Support the team in working with clients to definetheir AI and legal technology strategy fromrethinkingoperating models andidentifyinguse cases to selecting the right technology;

• Assist the team in helping clients measure the performance of their legal function toidentifythe way forward build compelling business cases for investment andbringstakeholderson board;

• Facilitatehands-onworkshops and interviews with legal teams to understand how they work today map theirprocessesand gather requirements for (technology) solutions;

• Configure and test client solutions in AI Contract LifecycleManagementand otherlegal techsystems;

• Help new ways of working take hold by supporting clients with change management and hands-on training;

• Work with PwCs own legal teams toreshapehow we deliver services applying the samesolutionsand ideas to our services that we bring to clients.

Does this describe you

Youreproactiveambitiousand genuinely curious about how the legal world is combine strong analytical skills withcommunicationand interpersonal abilities to bring people with you.Yourea team playerwho enjoys working on dynamic multidisciplinary projects.

In addition you have:

• A completedMastersdegree (WO) for example in Law or a related field such as Fiscal EconomicsBusinessor Change Management;

• Experience in transformation consulting legal tech legaloperationsor law or a demonstrable interest in legal transformation consulting and legal tech;

• Affinity for project management and process analytics skillsarea strong advantage;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You enjoy looking for the bigger pictureincomplexsituations;

• Excellentcommunication and facilitationabilities. You enjoy working with different people and helping them work towards a common goal;

• Familiarity or a demonstrable interest in legal technology such as Contract Lifecycle Management or GenAI tools;

• Fluent command of English. Dutch isa very strongadvantage.
