Asset Management & Logistics Coordinator for NATO with security clearance

We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site working alongside NATO teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive label and organise transport of equipment in EBA and handle the return and disposal of replaced equipment (including ROS letter preparation)
• Transfer equipment between account holders and transport returned equipment to the CSSC
• Support physical wall-to-wall CIS asset inventories and coordinate inventory with Account Holders (AHs)
• Maintain and update the AH database locate missing assets and handle turned-in equipment and disposal
• Chase AHs as End-of-Tour dates approach and ensure every account has a valid Account Holder

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• EBA Oracle knowledge is a must
• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics with working knowledge of IT assets
• Knowledge of NATO logistics / asset-management rules is a plus
• Well organised hands-on happy to work both in the field and on database admin
• Driving licence is a must (forklift licence a plus)
