Ansible Automation Engineer (ID

As an Ansible Automation Engineer you will: Design develop and maintain Ansible playbooks roles and inventories for infrastructure and application automation Build reusable automation frameworks using YAML and Jinja2 templating Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub Work with orchestration tools like Rundeck Ansible Tower/AWX or Jenkins for scheduling and execution Develop Python scripts and custom modules to extend automation capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures with a strong focus on root cause analysis Optimize automation performance scalability and reliability across environments Collaborate with DevOps platform and infrastructure teams to standardize automation practices Ensure adherence to security compliance and operational standards in all automation solutions What You Bring to the Table: years of hands-on experience in IT automation or DevOps roles Strong expertise in Ansible (intermediate to advanced level enterprise usage) Solid experience with Git-based version control systems (GitLab/GitHub) Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Hands-on exposure to orchestration tools such as Rundeck Jenkins or AWX Strong scripting knowledge in Python for automation and tooling Deep understanding of YAML and Jinja2 templating Experience working in Linux environments especially Red Hat-based systems Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex automation workflows You should possess the ability to: Translate manual operational processes into fully automated workflows Design scalable reusable and maintainable automation solutions Debug complex automation failures across multiple systems and environments Work independently with minimal supervision on high-impact tasks Manage version control workflows including branching and merging strategies Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in DevOps environments Prioritize tasks and handle multiple automation initiatives simultaneously Ensure high-quality code standards documentation and governance Adapt quickly to new tools technologies and evolving infrastructure needs What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise automation projects Exposure to modern DevOps tools and cloud-native practices A highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Access to advanced automation and orchestration platforms A culture focused on innovation efficiency and continuous improvement Opportunities to enhance technical skills in Ansible Terraform and CI/CD Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
