Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Application Developer with strong expertise in Python and Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing AI-enabled applications implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and building scalable backend services for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using modern AI engineering practices.
• Develop and maintain backend services APIs and integrations for AI solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for enterprise use cases.
• Design and develop RAG and vector-search-based solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis comparison logic and SQL-based data processing.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical implementations.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Ensure solutions align with data governance security and enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LLM application patterns including:
  • Prompt Design
  • Structured Outputs
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• AI Agent development concepts and implementation.

Development

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
