AFH Key Accounts Manager, EPDM

About the position:

Join the EPDM Away From Home Team as a Key Accounts Manager and help to Win Grow & Retain business with the biggest international QSR chains (like McD BK KFC 5 Guys) Hotel groups (like Accor & Hilton) Cruise Lines (like Royal Caribbean) and contract caterers (like Sodexo & Aramark).

In brief you are responsible for:

• Manage business and relations with EPDM Key Accounts;

• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for EPDM Key Accounts;

• Own the Risks & Opportunities pipeline for EPDM Key Accounts;

• Create & deliver sales pitches;

• Manage international tenders own negotiations and coordinate actions across countries;

• Lead monthly quarterly and annual customers business reviews (internal & external);

• Collaborate with the EPDM cross-functional team (Growth Finance Supply R&D Culinary).

Qualifications:
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• 3 years of experience in sales and Key Accounts Management;

• Preferred but not required: 1 years of experience in Away From Home;

• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and joint value creation projects;

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders;

• Clear written and verbal communication ability to create & deliver sales pitches;

• Proactive pragmatic and able to work in a fast-paced iterative environment.
