Job Summary
Client Services Account Manager

As an Account Manager within Client Services you will be responsible for driving sales managing client relationships and supporting business growth across a global client base. You will oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and post-service follow-up ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate business agreements
- Provide professional timely and customer-focused support
- Maintain knowledge of gaming regulations processes and procedures
- Support and execute strategic sales plans
- Forecast client activity and set performance targets
- Analyze market trends to identify customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar)
- Document client interactions visits and communications daily
- Generate reports and track performance metrics
- Participate in tradeshows and industry conferences
- Coordinate client training sessions and field inspections when required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming sales marketing or customer service
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German or French is a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail and quality
- Proactive self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid drivers license required
