Senior Manager, Private Bank & Wealth

This role requires a commercially astute and visionary leader who can leverage data digital capabilities ecosystem partnerships and the broader Standard Bank Group platform to deliver differentiated client experiences deepen client relationships expand share of wallet and unlock sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a future-ready Private Banking franchise that connects clients to Namibias growth Africas opportunities and global markets while maintaining the highest standards of trust risk management and service excellence.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Economics Finance Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years experience leading affluent wealth private banking or client segment businesses within a financial services environment.
• Professional certifications in Wealth Management Investments Private Banking Financial Planning or Portfolio Management will be advantageous.
• Experience in leveraging digital data analytics and technology-enabled solutions to enhance client outcomes and business performance.
