Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our automotive retail operations specifically focused on the European vehicle sector.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise daily branch operations to ensure alignment with company standards and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the European car parts segment.
  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team through effective people management and strong leadership practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers suppliers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance manage budgets and utilize commercial awareness to optimize profitability and cost-efficiency.
  • Resolve complex operational issues and customer complaints promptly demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
  • Oversee administrative functions ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Leverage computer literacy tools to analyze sales data track inventory and generate performance reports.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience with a specific focus on branch management within the automotive industry.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license and a Grade 12 education certificate.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing branch operations and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of European (Euro) car brands and the specific requirements of their parts and service ecosystem.
  • Exceptional proficiency in sales negotiation customer service delivery and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
  • Solid understanding of automotive parts inventory and supply chain dynamics.
  • Advanced administrative capabilities coupled with high computer literacy.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and deliver results while working under significant pressure.
  • Acute financial and commercial acumen to drive business decisions and operational improvements.
