My client is looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer to develop and inspire hospitality talent in Mozambique.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational hospitality background particularly in Front Office/Guest Services and Housekeeping combined with a passion for training coaching and people development.

- Relevant Hospitality Qualification
- 35 years hospitality operations experience
- Experience in Front Office/Guest Services AND Housekeeping
- Previous training coaching or mentoring experience
- Fluent written and spoken English & Portuguese
- Strong facilitation presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Passion for developing people and creating future hospitality talent
- Luxury lodge or hospitality experience advantageous
