This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on couple with strong hospitality management experience and a passion for luxury service guest interaction and island living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full daily operation of the private villas
  
• Deliver exceptional personalised guest experiences
  
• Manage housekeeping food & beverage maintenance and guest services
  
• Lead train and motivate the villa team
  
• Coordinate guest activities excursions and special requests
  
• Manage stock control ordering and operational administration
  
• Ensure high standards of presentation cleanliness and service delivery
  
• Maintain smooth communication between departments and guests
  
• Support operational planning and problem-solving in a remote environment
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury lodge villa or boutique hospitality management
  
• Strong guest relations and leadership skills
  
• Hands-on and adaptable management style
  
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  
• Ability to work in a remote island/coastal environment
  
• One partner must have marine knowledge and hold a Skippers Licence or be in the process of obtaining one
  
• Strong operational and team management skills
  
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
