Leading and enhancing every aspect of the guest experience ensuring memorable and personalised stays

Developing and mentoring world-class hospitality teams through structured training and skills development

Overseeing lodge operations financial performance and service excellence across all departments

Creating a culture of exceptional hospitality accountability and continuous improvement

Supporting sustainability initiatives and fostering meaningful community engagement

Maintaining the highest standards of health safety and operational readiness

35 years experience as a Lodge Manager or General Manager within a luxury lodge resort or hotel environment

Proven success in training and developing hospitality teams

Strong operational financial and people management skills

Outstanding guest relations hosting and communication abilities

A hands-on leadership style with exceptional attention to detail

Hospitality Management qualification (Diploma or Degree)

English fluency (Portuguese advantageous)
