We are seeking an experienced Shift IT/OT Engineer with experience according to industry-standard ITSM practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and user language. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Hands-on experience with IT and OT infrastructure hardware devices. Familiarity with terminal operational constraints and local regulatory -depth knowledge of end-user software and devices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor the Terminal Technology Platform to predict and prevent incidents.
Provide hands-on support conduct maintenance and resolve incidents for local IT infrastructure services and assets including datacenter racks cabling network and server equipment.
Provide hands-on support conduct maintenance and resolve incidents for local OT infrastructure services and assets including Access Control CCTV/OCR equipment radio equipment VMTs Assets Sub-Systems and backbone network infrastructure.
Support the regional IT service delivery team with onsite IT/OT support for incident and change management when required.
Install and replace end-user and IT/OT infrastructure hardware devices.
Resolve incidents within agreed service levels and participate in regional Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Provide end-user support services according to agreed service level agreements.
Collaborate with local IT/OT Engineers from Level 2 and the regional IT service delivery team to support and maintain local IT/OT infrastructure.
Ensure proper Change and Incident processes associated with local IT/OT assets within warranty and vendor support.
Contribute to local IT initiatives in the terminals as well as the implementation of new technology and infrastructure to support terminal operations.
Stay informed about terminal operational constraints local regulatory requirements and industry-standard ITSM practices.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of end-user software and devices as well as local IT and OT infrastructure components.
