RBS Supervisor English Speaker

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Remote Business Support Supervisor to lead operational support activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to international stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership operational excellence performance management and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure service continuity.
• Monitor KPIs productivity quality and service performance.
• Lead coach and develop the team.
• Manage workforce planning scheduling and resource allocation.
• Produce operational reports and drive performance improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational matters and escalations.
• Promote process optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Engineering Supply Chain Information Systems or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Shared Services Business Support Customer Operations or Service Delivery.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Strong experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
