Project Coordinator PMO – Steering Systems

Role Overview 

The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution transparency and compliance of steering systems development projects within OEM governance frameworks.

• Strong background in automotive project coordination / PMO
• Management of release processes documentation status and milestone tracking
• Preparation of management reports KPI dashboards and status presentations
• Organization moderation and documentation of project meetings and committees
• Experience with OEM processes (preferably VW environment)
• High Level of structure communication strength and stakeholder management
• Tool affinity (Jira Confluence project tracking tools)
