People & Culture Manager Pullman Bouskoura

At Pullman Bouskoura people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager to lead our hotels human resources agenda and help bring our vibrant performance-driven culture to life.

Reporting directly to the General Manager this is a key senior leadership role. You will partner closely with the Executive Committee and Department Heads to create an engaging inclusive and high-performing workplace aligned with Pullman and Accors premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted People & Culture advisor to leaders and team members fostering a collaborative and modern work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition & Integration: Lead premium recruitment onboarding and induction strategies to ensure an exceptional welcoming candidate and employee journey.
  • Talent Development & Learning: Drive high-potential talent development training initiatives and succession planning supporting internal growth and regional career progression within the Accor network.
  • Culture & Well-being: Shape and embed the Pullman brand culture championing diversity equity inclusion and robust workplace wellbeing initiatives (perfectly aligned with our green and refreshing environment).
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll administration HR reporting and strict compliance with Moroccan labor law and Accor internal standards.
  • Performance & Employee Relations: Support performance management constructively manage employee relations and promote positive social dialogue with staff representatives

Qualifications :

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager People & Culture Manager or HR Business Partner ideally within a 5-star hotel resort or premium service environment in Morocco or internationally.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Moroccan labor law and local payroll practices.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in French and English is required. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred to engage with local teams and partners. A modern leader with strong interpersonal skills high emotional intelligence and a results-oriented mindset. You are passionate about developing people in a premium resort and wellness-oriented destination.
