Job Summary
To provide 1st class level of customer service to our clients professionally and efficiently always and in accordance with documented procedures. To liaise with other key parties including third party suppliers and other Maersk LNS offices around the world. Innovate and look for new ways to improve the service we provide to our customers and increase business efficiency. To work with the commercial client owners to ensure all parties are aligned regarding the service delivery expected and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination the communication with the marine centers.
Manage relation with Husbandry agents port operators and authorities
Coordinate and monitor terminals and agents to reduce idle time and improve berth/crane productivity.
Coordination with terminal for short shipment cases and terminal Authorities of Special cargo operations .
Consolidation reports vs accurate data (Discharge/load) .
reception and control of Export documents received fromshippers
handling the list of empty evacuation program and send the same to local customs
Documentation preparation and Follow up on port authority refund for vessel port dues.
Deliver the 2nd seal to customers if needed and coordinate the recharging
We are looking for
Good knowledge of logistics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders.
Stakeholder management skills and relationship building.
Passion to drive closures & high-level customer service orientation Customer Centricity.
Result orientation.
Well-organized when working under pressure.
Team player Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results fosters teamwork.
