Responsibilities

  • Perform offline testing validation and verification of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze test results identify abnormalities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Diagnose technical issues and support root cause investigations.
  • Prepare and maintain testing reports technical documentation and work instructions.
  • Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents for testing equipment tooling and technical solutions.
  • Monitor analyze and improve Testing KPIs to optimize equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production Quality Maintenance Logistics and Process Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support new product launches engineering changes and production readiness activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety quality cost and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements quality standards and company safety procedures.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics Manufacturing Automation Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for automotive manufacturing and new technologies.
  • Open-minded proactive adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
