- Lead quality planning and control activities across assigned products and processes.
- Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- .Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
- Support new product and process launches through APQP PFMEA and control compliance with customer internal and regulatory quality requirements.
- Coordinate audits including internal customer and third-party quality audits.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce defects and variation.
- Prepare and present quality performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Degree in Engineering Quality or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA SPC 8D and control plans.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate quality issues clearly and effectively.
