Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Daily Management System (DMS) routines and support performance monitoring across departments.
- Coordinate and support Kaizen initiatives ensuring effective implementation and sustainment of improvement actions.
- Support teams and frontline leaders in applying Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools (PDCA Root Cause Analysis etc.).
- Conduct Gemba observations track improvement actions and support compliance with ABS (APMT Business system) standards and Lean assessments.
What We Are Looking For:
Continuous improvement mindset:we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindsetcurious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful sustainable improvements over time.
- Masters or engineering degree or equivalent experience in operations engineering trade or a related field
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience applying Lean principles including Kaizen PDCA and value stream mapping
- Strong knowledge of KPI management visual management and Daily Management Systems
- Demonstrated ability to coach influence and engage stakeholders across different levels
- Effective communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills in operational environments
