Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your railway signalling expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative detail-oriented and innovative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our railway signalling studies while maintaining a strong focus on meeting costs and deadlines. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project management and client-facing teams) manage input data throughout the study cycle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for our processes methods and tools.
Youll specifically take care of designing and verifying signalling studies for stations and railway sections but also provide technical solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
Well look to you for:
Designing or verifying railway signalling studies (PR PT EXE Param) for new installations or modifications to operational systems
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards safety requirements processes costs and deadlines
Managing and integrating input data throughout the study cycle
Interfacing with project coordinators clients and technical teams to ensure progress and alignment
Analyzing and proposing solutions for specific technical challenges and lessons learned
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes methods and tools
Providing guidance and training to less experienced team members

Degree in engineering (Bac5) or equivalent
Proven experience in railway signalling systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of applicable standards and safety requirements in the railway industry
Familiarity with technologies such as PAI and ETCS1
Ability to work methodically and with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proactive approach to continuous improvement
Fluency in French; English proficiency is a plus
