Job Summary

IT Support Technician (On-Call) Morocco

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician based in Morocco to join our global team on an on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
Troubleshoot hardware software and networking issues
Install configure and replace desktops laptops printers and peripherals
Support end-user devices and operating systems
Escalate complex technical issues when required
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements

Requirements:
Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP LAN/WAN Wi-Fi)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Morocco
Availability for on-call assignments
