HR Manager Morocco 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

As an HR Specialist you will be involved in employee lifecycle administration HR compliance recruitment and broader HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a culture of excellence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Support HR projects and initiatives such as performance management cycles training activities and employee engagement programs.

• Ensure full compliance with French labor legislation and internal HR standards.

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding including posting job ads screening CVs coordinating interviews and preparing new hire documentation.

• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies procedures and benefits.

• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to identify trends and propose improvements.

• Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR generalist or specialist role ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

• High level of professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Fluency in French and English is required.
