About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive performance management talent development succession planning and leadership capability building.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations disciplinary matters grievances and employment legislation.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws company policies and HR best practices.
• Manage payroll inputs employee records and HR administration with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs that strengthen organizational capability.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives works councils unions and external stakeholders.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that support business decision-making.
• Lead and support HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee temporary workforce management and maintain relationships with staffing agencies.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of progressive HR experience preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and managing a broad range of HR activities.
• Knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation and employment practices.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic would be highly beneficial.
