Summary
Bühler Group in Casablanca Morocco is looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager Consumer Food & Chocolateto join our Sales team. This position is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities managing key customer relationships and promoting Bühlers equipment and process solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction retention and long-term business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive sales activities and customer acquisition.
- Deliver technical and commercial solutions that address customer needs and promote Bühlers equipment and process expertise.
- Manage tenders proposals and contract negotiations for strategic and high-value projects.
- Support sales performance and customer success through market intelligence issue resolution upgrade opportunities and accurate CRM management.
Qualifications
- Engineering technical or business degree or equivalent demonstrated technical experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment or large project sales; experience in the food or packaging industry is highly desired.
- Proven track record of closing complex high-value projects including tendering and contract negotiation.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial production equipment
- Fluent in French and English
