• Invoice Processing:Ensure timely and appropriate recording of all transactions in the ERP system.
• Vendor Management: maintain relationships resolve discrepancies and address inquiries.
• Reporting & Reconciliation:Manage monthly close activities prepare reports reconcile accounts. Generate reports for management budget forecasting and financial statements.
• Financial Controls & Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies (SOX) financial regulations and internal controls mitigating fraud risks.
• Process Improvement:Identify and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the AP functions.

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or Business
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles analytical and problem-solving skills attention to detail
• Able to work and adapt in a changing environment
• Constructive thinker focused on improving day-to-day work.
• Demonstrated capability to quickly learn to work with systems and processes being open and flexible to changes.
• Good english communcation level
