[CFI] Mobile React Native Developer

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health safety and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology real-time insights and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable secure and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop maintain and enhance hybrid mobile applications using React Native and Expo;
• Write clean scalable maintainable and well-documented code;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Backend Developers Designers and other stakeholders to review requirements propose technical solutions and estimate development efforts;
• Build intuitive responsive and user-friendly mobile experiences across various screen sizes and device types;
• Optimize application performance reliability and scalability;
• Implement application monitoring analytics and performance tracking;
• Support localization and multilingual functionality;
• Maintain technical documentation operational guides and internal knowledge base.

Qualifications :

Required Skills

• Strong commercial experience with React Native;
• Hands-on experience with the Expo framework;
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
• Experience using Jira and Confluence;
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and best development practices;
• Experience integrating REST APIs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native mobile development using Swift and/or Kotlin;
• Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging;
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and monitoring tools;
• Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
