Business Analyst

Were looking for a curious proactive Business Analyst who dives deep into the business structure to understand and gather insights about the processes and requirements of the this role youll apply your knowledge and experience to analyze the entire system business processes key performance indicators and framing maintaining up-to-date crucial documents. Youll be constantly in the situation to come up with original insights and keep being the person whos looking to assume ownership voice your ideas and see them come to this role youre going to create user flows and diagrams and manage JIRA tickets throughout their full lifecycle.

What youll do:

• Analyze and document client requests in detail translating them into clear business and functional requirements while identifying dependencies and potential impacts on the current system design
• Define end-to-end flows including payment flows and third-party provider integrations internal processing and exception handling
• Identify dependencies across systems and ensure alignment between all integrated services
• Evaluate the impact of new requirements on existing modules integrations and business logic
• Collaborating closely with Product Dev QA teams to align on expected outcomes and to clarify edge cases validation rules
• Create and maintain diagrams user flows and system interaction maps to visualize platform behavior
• Maintain a structured well-documented knowledge base for ongoing projects and defining flows (payment flows 3rd-party integrations etc.)
• Managing JIRA stories epics and tasks to ensure accurate implementation tracking
• Support the Product Owner in backlog organization and sprint readiness by ensuring that all stories subtasks and epics are properly documented and kept up to date through delivery

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Good knowledge of business analysis practices techniques
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills structured approach
• Strong ownership of deliverables and documentation quality
• Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between business and technical perspectives
• Comfortable adapting to shifting or evolving priorities
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar relevant field
• Fluent English
