Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Specialist to join our Human Resources Operations team.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent effective and compliant management of employee data processes and services throughout the entire employee lifecycle to maintain global organizational standards.
You will join a collaborative and detail-oriented team focused on delivering operational excellence regulatory compliance and an exceptional overall experience for our employees.
Data Management & Compliance: Maintain and organize local employee files and digital records to guarantee total accuracy completeness and strict adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Support regional hiring processes across Latin America by initiating new hires in Workday coordinating document collection executing local termination cases and managing Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification compliance.
Government & Regulatory Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting required local government Human Resources reports ensuring all strict regulatory deadlines and criteria are met without deviations.
Benefits & Absence Administration: Support local benefits programs by processing enrollments changes and terminations while accurately tracking employee leaves and absences within our internal systems.
2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources administrative roles data entry or similar operational support functions.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)specifically Workdayand case management tools such as ServiceNow.
Full professional proficiency in English and the local language of the supported region (fluency in Spanish and French is required if supporting Spain/France).
Advanced mastery of digital collaboration tools preferably Google Suite for data organization reporting and high-concentration tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail strong time-management skills and the proven ability to handle highly confidential information with total discretion.
