We are currently seeking a Warranty Specialist to join our Quality team. This role is responsible of analyzing validate warranty claims from Latin American markets and generates alerts for the Field Quality Improvement team. As well as providing remote or face-to-face technical assistance to countries in the Latin American region for warranty procedures and policies. Contribute to improve and create effective communication with NSCs to improve response times for the benefit of the client.
A day in the life of this role:
- Management of monthly warranty payments (Contractual Campaigns and Goodwill)
- Monthly Pending List analysis and uploading on LATIS system.
- Warranty Claims Validation and approval on FALCON system.
- Yearly warranty conditions update for main NSCs (Labor and Parts Rate)
- Support to NSCs related to Warranty topics. (Claiming errors Rejects Best Practices etc.).
- Measurement for warranty claiming Leadtime of all NSCs.
- Create monthly report to inform management warranty contractual payment.
- Goodwill evaluation to grant support to vehicles outside their warranty period.
- Create reports to Finance team for Contractual warranty and Goodwill payment.
- Create and share with NSCs Bulletins for general information and policies informed by NML.
- Prepare and update warranty procedures for NSCs
- Promote the correct use of the systems according to the procedures and policies for the warranty payment.
- Handling of electronic service manuals and part catalogue to consult components and specifications of each vehicle.
Who Were Looking for:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer Industrial Engineer Automotive Engineer or similar
- Experience with Areas related with Customer Satisfaction in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
- Data Management
- Knowledge of warranty processes and claims validation (Contractual Campaigns and Goodwill).
- Experience handling warranty and administrative systems.
- Knowledge of automotive service processes.
- General understanding of vehicle operation and functionality
- Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
- Clear and effective communication skills with regional and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Serviceoriented mindset.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process automation.
- Travel Required: 30% (Valid driver license is a must active passport and VISA is preferred)
- Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or Accounting.
