Arrow Electronics is looking for a strategic and proactive Warehouse Manager with deep experience in both - operative and corporate perspective

Available to work in shift 1 OR 2

What Youll Be Doing:

• Manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for a segment of or the entire distribution center.

• Work with supervisors leads and employees to meet and exceed service level and quality and productivity goals.

• Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality which may involve utilization of CPI processes.

• Develop manage staff including resource allocation.

• Analyzes and implements process improvements.

• Review financials for areas of improvement.

• Customer problem resolution and request

• Other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years in Warehouse full operations.

• Strategic mindset

• Decision maker expert.

• Managing different warehouse profiles across the warehouse.

• Ability to work with all kind of levels within the Warehouse.
