Job Summary

Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Warehouse Manager.

In this role you will beresponsible for all facets of a Warehouse Distribution Center consisting of multiple cells areas shifts and cross-dock logistics.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

  • Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams by establishing clear roles expectations and performance goals while coaching employees to enhance capability and engagement.

  • Drive operational excellence by creating and executing action plans that support corporate and facility objectives utilizing problem-solving project management and Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across facilities promoting effective communication teamwork and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee shipping and warehouse operations leveraging ERP TMS WMS and automotive shipping systems (such as AutoRelease and JD Edwards) to ensure efficient material flow and customer delivery performance.

  • Manage unionized workforce operations and cross-dock activities ensuring compliance productivity labor relations effectiveness and operational efficiency.

If you have/are:

  • Bachelors degree required with 35 years of experience in a warehouse logistics transportation or operations supervisory/management role.

  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with experience using ERP platforms and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to analyze operational data generate reports and support business decision-making.

  • Experience in automotive OEM supply chain environments including trucking material handling and understanding of OEM-specific customer requirements.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends if needed with experience in Just-in-Time (JIT) operations and Lean manufacturing principles preferred.

  • Conversational English Advanced
