What will you do as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Sealed Air

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager you will lead the end-to-end warehouse transportation and logistics operations for our Ciudad Juárez manufacturing facility ensuring uninterrupted support to production and exceptional customer service. You will oversee both internal warehouse operations and third-party logistics activities leading a team of approximately 30 associates while managing a highly dynamic operation that supports just-in-time customer requirements. This role will own the sites logistics strategy focusing on optimizing transportation warehouse operations inventory management and logistics costs through strong analytical capabilities strategic carrier management and continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of the plant leadership team you will partner closely with Operations Finance Supply Chain Planning Customer Service and Customs to improve operational performance strengthen cost controls and deliver world-class logistics execution.

  • Partner with Finance to improve logistics cost visibility freight validation billing accuracy and overall financial controls.
  • Collaborate closely with Customs/IMMEX Planning Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability safety continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Establish standardized warehouse and logistics processes that support long-term scalability and world-class operational performance.
What skills will help you succeed
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse transportation and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success driving logistics transformation operational improvements and measurable cost reduction initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing carrier relationships third-party logistics providers (3PL) and transportation operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management inventory control and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Siteline preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Customs and IMMEX processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with experience managing logistics KPIs freight spend and operational performance.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset with experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence principles.
  • Strong leadership coaching communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly proactive adaptable and capable of making sound decisions in fast-paced customer-driven environments.
