The Mexico teammanages a $5B portfolio andoperatesas a lean high-conviction platform with outsized opportunity. Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Vice President to join our Mexico Citybased investment team. As a key member of the global platform the Vice President will lead sourcing evaluation execution and management of investments across Latin America while collaborating with colleagues across regions and sectors.

Vice Presidents at GA act as central relationship owners for portfolio companies drive investment processes end-to-end and play a critical leadership role in shaping investment theses developing junior talent andrepresentingthe firm externally.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at GA and with management teams across our global portfolio helping high-growth companies scale and create long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management& Value Creation:
  • Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements strategic initiatives and value creation opportunities.
  • Monitor financial and operational performanceidentifyvalue creation levers and support strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A market expansion organizational buildout).
  • Contribute toexit strategyplanning and execution.
• Deal Execution&Diligence:
  • Lead and manage complex transaction processes including diligence valuation structuring negotiations and closing.
  • Direct Associates and Senior Associates in analyses modeling and materialsdevelopment;ensure high-quality output under tight timelines.
  • Coordinate third-party advisors experts and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present investment memos for internal Investment Committee discussions.
• Deal Sourcing & Thematic Development
  • Proactivelyidentifyand evaluate investment opportunities in Mexico and broader Latin America through market mapping research and relationship building.
  • Develop and refine investment themes that align with GAs global sector strategies.
  • Build strong networks with entrepreneurs advisors bankers and industry leaders.
• GA Team Development:
  • Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture within the firm promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier program preferred; non-MBA profiles with relevant experience will also be considered
• Bachelors degree from a top-tier university
• 4-7years of experience in growth equity private equity; investment banking foundational trainingstrongly preferred
• Proventrack recordof executing successful private equity/growth transactions from sourcing to closing; presenting to investment committees
• Experience working closely with management teams and driving value creation efforts
• Experience covering Latin American investmentsispreferred
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Passionate about discovering interesting transformational up-and-coming high-growth companies
• Exceptional financial modeling valuation and due diligence skills
• Fluentwritten and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
