Verification Analyst

The primary function of this Freight Cost Clearance (FCC) role is to verify logistics invoice content from a factual or price perspective.  They will be required to use different systems that support the FCC processes and perform their duties according to written work instructions in order to ensure there are no unjustified transport costs processed for payment.  They will ensure that processing issues related to their scope of work are flagged and work in a team to reach a solution.  They will be responsible for operative issue resolution and correspondence with different stakeholders. Specific Responsibilities:

Data Validation - Verify freight invoice data according to work instructionsIssue

Resolution - Ensure processing issues are documented and collaborate with team to resolve

Qualifications :

• SAP Experience. Theoretically knowledgeable with little practical experience in applying it. Requires assistance to solve problems and achieve goals.
• MS Profficent.
