Drive program performance through comprehensive analysis of operational metrics and KPIs.
Lead deep-dive investigations into program challenges and opportunities.
Design propose and implement strategies to optimize the program.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and success.
Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance seller and customer experience.
Manage and streamline the escalation process by establishing clear protocols filtering critical issues
and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority matters requiring leadership attention.
Analyze program health metrics.
A day in the life
As the Unified Alternative Fulfillment Program Manager youll be at the heart of our logistics operations driving excellence through data-driven decisions and strategic improvements. Your day will combine reviewing operational dashboards conducting deep-dive analyses and managing critical escalations. Youll coordinate with multiple stakeholders while serving as the key liaison between operations and leadership. From analyzing seller performance data to leading improvement workshops youll blend analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to drive program success.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Speak write and read fluently in Spanish
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
