Treasury Analyst

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers.
- Prepare and process bank payment files (MXN / USD).
- Ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established schedules.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable and operations teams for payment release.
- Monitor daily bank account activity.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports.
- Support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting.
- Track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities.
- Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Identify funding needs or excess cash positions.
- Manage intercompany loan transactions.
- Coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest).
- Support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations.
- Prepare and distribute reports such as:
- Monthly disbursements
- Bank activity reports
- Interest in income tracking
- Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- Support internal and external audits.
Education & Certifications:
- Major in Accounting Finance or related Studies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Experience of audit & tax process ability to work with external auditors
- Good written and verbal communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Energetic and flexible - capable to meet all deadlines and requests
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral ethical and personal values in decisions communications actions and when dealing with others
- Strong analytical skill detail oriented independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptable: open to change in response to different or unexpected circumstances
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
