Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Execute weekly trailer assignment using the cascade allocation engine; manage intra-week reassignments based on demand shifts across sites.
Conduct daily yard status reviews and coordinate relocations to maintain zone balance.
Lead daily performance syncs with carrier partner; act as first responder for operational incidents (stranded trailers damages collection delays) with resolution SLA of less than 2 hours.
Prepare clean operational datasets for business review WBR/MBR/QBR
Execute daily VRID creation and BOL validation for FTL/LTL sellers; track custody handoffs and ensure documentation completeness.
Coordinate appointment slots with FBA Receiving and monitor SLA compliance.
Build and deliver DBR flash metric reports.
Manage carrier scorecards and penalty calculations; own forecast-to-schedule governance alignment.
Execute new seller onboarding and monitor compliance during ramp-up periods.
Deliver monthly carrier scorecards seller growth tracking and strategic recommendations for MBR executive summaries.

- 2 years of employee and performance management experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
