Trade & Investment Operations Analyst#

The focus of the role is to perform investment operations functions for predominantly pension fund clients while working closely with operations colleagues custodians and investment managers to ensure activities are completed accurately and on a timely basis. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across a team-oriented environment with a focus on sharing knowledge and coordinating across regions to deliver efficient and seamless outcomes.

The Role

• Execute trades for client portfolios and WTW-managed funds in accordance with investment instructions
• Monitor portfolio activity including cash balances positioning and movements
• Prepare and validate trade instructions agreements and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams custodians and investment managers to ensure timely settlement and issue resolution
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on trade status and operational progress
• Support portfolio transitions rebalancing and onboarding activities
• Contribute to process improvements and help deliver a consistent operational framework across regions
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelors degree (required)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn take ownership and proactively ask questions
• 14 years of relevant experience in investment operations trade support or a similar role
