Position Overview

The Trade ComplianceAnalystis responsible forensuring full compliance with international trade regulations across North America operations with a strong focus on MexicoU.S. crossborder requirements including Annex 24 systems management CTPAT security standards and OEA certification requirements.

This role supports import/export operations while serving as a key compliance control point for customs documentation audit readiness and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of trade compliance frameworks with operationallogisticsexperience ensuring efficient and compliant movement of goods across borders.

The position requires high attention to detail strong analytical capability and the ability to work closely with customs brokers freight forwarders internal stakeholders and government trade programs.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable international trade regulations including USMCA Mexican Customs LawVAT Certification (IVA)U.S. Customs regulations and other applicable authorities.

• Maintain and support compliance with Annex 24 system requirements ensuringaccurateandtimelycontrol of inventory records imports exports and reconciliation processes in coordination with IMMEX operations.

• Support andmaintaincompliance with CTPATsecurity criteria including supply chain security procedures documentation controls and partner compliance validation.

• Support andmaintainOEA certification requirements ensuring adherence to authorized economic operator standards and audit readiness.

• Assistin internal and external audits related to trade compliance programs (Annex 24 CTPAT OEA customs audits).

• Supportadditionalactivities as assigned.

Required Qualifications.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics InternationalTrade Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Work Experience: Minimum of5years of experience inlogistics supply chain or trade compliance roles.

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations customs compliance and trade agreements (USMCA).

• Experience with trade documentation.

• Proficiencyin ERP systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications inHTS Codeslogisticsor trade compliance are a plus.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: Advanced degree or specialization in International Trade Logistics or Supply Chain.

• Experience with automated routing systems and multi-location inventory management.

• Experience in last-mile delivery operations.
