Tax Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
- Prepare and file federal state local property sales and other tax returns and related reports accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
- Review business initiatives transactions and proposals to identify tax implications and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support tax planning strategies aimed at optimizing the companys tax position while maintaining compliance.
- Assist with tax audits inquiries and examinations by tax authorities.
- Prepare tax-related reconciliations analyses and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance Legal and business teams on tax-related matters.
- Support due diligence and tax analysis activities related to mergers acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a dynamic environment. You have a strong understanding of tax regulations a commitment to accuracy and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and can translate technical tax concepts into practical business recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Taxation or a related field.
- Relevant experience in corporate tax public accounting or tax compliance.
- Knowledge of federal state local indirect and/or property tax regulations.
- Experience preparing tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency sufficient to work in a global business environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA CMA or equivalent.
- Experience working in a multinational or publicly traded company.
- Knowledge of international tax concepts and cross-border transactions.
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions tax analysis and due diligence activities.
- Experience supporting tax audits and interacting with tax authorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle SAP or similar platforms.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
