We are currently searching for a Talent Project Manager:

Client Overview Our Client exists to build a better working world helping to create long-term value for clients people and society and build trust in the capital markets. Enabled by data and technology their diverse teams provide trust through assurance and help clients grow transform and operate. Working across assurance consulting law strategy tax and transactions their teams ask better questions to find new answers for the complex issues facing our world today.

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

  • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects from planning and delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talents strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope requirements and deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross-functional project plan and actively manage project timelines.
  • Manage project resources including internal teams and external vendors to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
  • Perform Project Financial Management Develop the overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project including planned actual and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints.
  • Foster strong communication across the project among stakeholders team members and leadership providing regular communication of project status updates and progress.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices quality standards and testing procedures.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and lessons learned.

Your Profile (Requirements)

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager preferably in Talent/HR.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
  • Excellent project management skills including planning organizing and managing resources.
  • Effective communication negotiation and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe.
  • High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
  • Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Ability to use approved AI components to help drive efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

  • Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
  • Advanced Spanish.
