This role will be solely focused on supporting the recruitment of our operative roles in Mexico. The recruitment will cover both maintenance and new construction side of the business. There will be an expectation to travel to different states for hiring events - such as job fairs university presence etc.

• Are you familiar in conducting candidate interviews using behavioral interview techniques to assess candidates skill level interest and organizational cultural fit

• Are you successful on advising hiring managers - providing a consultative approach to develop and execute the recruiting strategy for each open position

• Do you regularly communicate with key stakeholders on their search process

• Do you propose creative ideas for identifying and attracting top talent in a competitive market

• Are you able to collaborate in hiring events

• Are you effective utilizing tools such as search engines job boards LinkedIn and other social channels to headhunt candidates

As our Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will be passionate about identifying and attracting talent for KONE. Your mission is to engage and hire the most qualified experienced candidates. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter builds relationships with candidates and partners with the business while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. You will manage a high volume of requisitions at one time and actively recruit for full-time employees at all levels (including passive sourcing) from entry level to experienced as well as support the internal movement process between roles.

The ideal candidate willbring5years ofcorporaterecruiting expertise as well as effective sourcing experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong and sustainable internal organizational candidate must be bilingual in both Spanish and English as well.
